Texas Thermal Outfitters is expanding our exotic hunting opportunities with three exciting additions: Dall Sheep, Red Stag, and Père David’s Deer hunts in Texas.
Whether you're looking to add a unique trophy to the wall, experience a new species, or simply plan a different kind of Texas hunting trip, these hunts give our clients even more opportunities to get back in the field.
Texas Dall Sheep Hunts
We are now offering guided Dall Sheep hunts in Texas. With their striking white coats, heavy horns and unmistakable appearance, Dall Sheep make an impressive trophy and offer hunters something considerably different from the traditional Texas deer hunt.
Our Texas Dall Sheep hunts are a great option for hunters looking to add a sheep hunt to their bucket list without leaving the Lone Star State.
Texas Red Stag Hunts
Few exotic animals make an impression quite like a mature Red Stag. Known for their large antlers, impressive body size and unforgettable roar during the rut, Red Stag have become one of the most sought-after exotic trophies in Texas.
Texas Thermal Outfitters offers guided Texas Red Stag hunts, with September and October providing the added excitement of hunting during the rut.
Texas Père David’s Deer Hunts
One of the most unique additions to our lineup is the Père David’s Deer. Originally native to China and now found primarily in managed populations around the world, these unusual deer are known for their large bodies and distinctive branching antlers.
A Texas Père David’s Deer hunt gives hunters the opportunity to pursue a species that relatively few hunters will ever have hanging on their wall.
